Refund & Return Policy

At Jakers-Shop, all our products are custom-made to order, which means returns or exchanges are not supported for orders that are incorrect in size, color, or due to a change of mind. Please make sure to double-check your selections before confirming your purchase.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In these cases, we offer either a free reprint or a full refund, provided that you contact us within 30 days of the product's delivery. To process your claim, please email us at info.jakers@gmail.com, and include a clear photo of the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Please note the following:

Incorrect Orders: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered by mistake.

Delivery Issues: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose to request a reprint (subject to an additional charge) or receive a partial refund.

DTG Print Tolerances: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a slight tolerance of up to 0.5" in print placement is allowed. Minor variations in print positioning will not be considered defects.
